  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment processing.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

6. Returns and Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our gear. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your shipment.

Important Exceptions:

  • For the protection of all athletes, helmets and catcher’s equipment are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
  • All returned items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process:

  2. Wait for authorization. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
  3. Carefully package the unused item in its original packaging with a copy of your order confirmation.

  5. Once received and inspected (within 5 business days), we will process your exchange or refund.

Refund Timing:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns based on a change of mind. For defective or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping costs.
