We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect the color, texture, or detail of our products.

4. Order and Payment Terms

Placing an Order

When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to purchase products subject to these Terms. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or issues identified by our fraud detection systems.

All payments are processed securely. Your payment information is encrypted and transmitted without being stored on our servers.

Pricing and Taxes

All prices are shown in US dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without notice, though such changes will not affect orders already accepted. You are responsible for any applicable sales, use, or other taxes associated with your order.

5. Shipping Policy

We ship globally, excluding Asia and some remote regions. Our shipping options include:

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment processing.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment processing.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

6. Returns and Exchanges

We stand behind the quality of our gear. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your shipment.

Important Exceptions:

• For the protection of all athletes, helmets and catcher’s equipment are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective.
• All returned items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Return Process:

1. Initiate your request by emailing our customer service team at [email protected] within 15 days of delivery.
2. Wait for authorization. Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions.
3. Carefully package the unused item in its original packaging with a copy of your order confirmation.
4. Ship the item to the address provided using a trackable service.
5. Once received and inspected (within 5 business days), we will process your exchange or refund.

Refund Timing:

• Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days after processing
• PayPal: 3-5 business days after processing

Original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns based on a change of mind. For defective or incorrect items, we will cover return shipping costs.
