Shipping Information

We ship globally (excluding Asia and some remote regions) to get you game-ready, no matter where you play.

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Standard Shipping: $12.95 – Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 – Shipped via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

We stand behind the quality of our gear. If your item isn’t perfect, you may return or exchange it within 15 days of receiving your shipment.

Important Health & Safety Notice: For the protection of all athletes, helmets and catcher’s equipment are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective.

All returned items must be in original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Step-by-Step Return Process

  1. Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, email our customer service team at [email protected]. Use the template below to ensure we have all necessary information.
  2. Wait for Authorization: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Do not send items without an RMA.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully package the unused item in its original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation. Ship it to the address provided in your RMA instructions using a trackable service.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once received and inspected (typically within 5 business days), we will process your exchange or refund.

Refund Timing & Methods

Once your return is approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable for returns based on a change of mind.

  • Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement after processing.
  • PayPal: Refunds are processed immediately and typically appear in your account within 3-5 business days.

For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.

Exchanges

For exchanges, we will ship the new item to you via your original shipping method once the return is received and processed. Please allow for the original order processing and new shipping time.
