Return & Exchange Timeframe
You may return or exchange most items within 15 days of receiving your shipment.
Step-by-Step Return/Exchange Process
- Initiate Your Request: Within 15 days of delivery, email our customer service team at [email protected]. Please use the template provided below to ensure we have all the necessary information to process your request quickly.
- Wait for Authorization: Our team will respond within 1-2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions. Please do not send any items back without an RMA number.
- Ship the Item: Carefully package the unused item in its original packaging. Include a copy of your order confirmation or packing slip. Ship the package to the address provided in your RMA instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
- Inspection & Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item (typically within 5 business days of receipt), we will process your exchange or refund.

Refund Timing & Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase once the return is approved.
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement after processing.
- PayPal: Refunds are processed immediately and typically appear in your account within 3-5 business days.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable for changed mind returns. For defective or incorrect items, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
For exchanges, we will ship the new item to you via your original shipping method (Standard or Free Shipping) once the return is received and processed. Please allow for the original order processing and new shipping time.
